INSTRUCTIONS FOR CASTING YOUR VOTE:
Fill out the form below and click the SEND button.
Your ballot will be email'd to Carmine Giglio for tabulation. You may only vote for one nominee. Place an "X" in the field next to your Nominee's name. In the other fields, fill in your firstname, lastname, college, affiliation, phone #, email address.
Upon receiving the email, we will authenticate and confirm the person submitting the ballot is eligible to vote (e.g. if coach - dues paid in full) and ensure only one ballot is cast per voter. If multiple ballots are received, the last one will be counted.

The election begins on Wednesday March 24th. The election ends on Monday April 5th at 10:00pm EST. Any votes cast outside of this election time window will not count.
